The Constitutional Alliance is not your judge; you know Who is!

Perhaps you believe there is nothing you can do or you can just wait these times out and turn a blind eye.

One of the two of our last communications this year.

The Constitutional Alliance will always focus on the growing surveillance state1 with the foundation being our biometrics captured and/or collected, retained, and shared with the unintended or intended purpose of exerting control over people. We will never waiver from Information is Power and Power becomes Control. There is no more valuable Personal Identifiable Information than the biometrics of individuals. Why then is the Constitutional Alliance addressing the war in Iran, the economy, and midterm elections?

It is our belief that as economic conditions worsen it becomes not only easier, but more likely that government and corporations will control our lives. We do not believe the public understands the ramifications2 of our country reaching $40 trillion in debt. We rank far worse than many socialist countries3 when comparing how much of our spending as a country goes towards paying just the interest on our national debt. There will be people who tell the Constitutional Alliance they do not have anything they can give right now to our effort because of the economy: We understand.  We do not judge people, but we will judge actions.

If the Constitutional Alliance is right about what we say will happen there will be many people with blood on their hands. Going back multiple decades, we have a track record of being right. You can read articles we published prior to 2010 about Automatic License Plate Readers, predictive analytics, and specifically about the surveillance state that does exist today. We warned everyone that biometrics would be the foundation of the surveillance state. We continue to warn people about Man's attempt to have god-like power.

Do not think for a second the Constitutional Alliance has taken its eyes off the ball. We are adamantly opposed to any churches using Facial Recognition4 Technology. We also oppose the use of Facial Recognition Technology on people who are exercising their Constitutional right to peacefully assemble5 and seek redress of their grievances. It does not mean we agree with the protestors, however we strongly support the right of people to protest and not be placed on watchlists. We remain vigilant in watching those that are watching us. FLOCK is now doubling down6 on using drones. You may think FLOCK performs a needed service. Would you feel that way if people from outside your state accessed the data collected in your city or county? It is happening.

There is only one communication left this year absent something not expected happening. What is expected may surprise you as you keep reading. We do not equivocate. We have had personal discussions with members of President Trump's administration including with one individual who is now an ambassador. We also have talked with U.S. Senate leadership. We did not limit our communications with only Republicans. We reached out and spoke with Democrats. All of this is verifiable.

There was no indication that either Republicans or Democrats care about making sure people are who they say they are or verifying citizenship. We will leave it to you to decide why neither Democrats or Republicans have an interest in complying with federal law and making sure people are who they say they are before issuing identification documents such as a Real ID drivers' license. The Constitutional Alliance provided the solution and the solution we provided was supported by one of the leading identity experts in our country. We will be focused on the media going forward. One of our Co-Founders is working diligently on a book about corruption at the highest levels of our government and the growing surveillance state.

We believe for a number of reasons there will be a successful terrorist attack on our soil by Islamic extremists facilitated by people who benefited from our government (Congress and the White House) not making sure people are who they say they are and verifying citizenship. If you believe we are making sure people are who they say they are, ask yourself why ICE has detained and, in some cases, arrested United States citizens for being in our country illegally?

On the midterm elections and more

We have factored in Michigan electing senatorial candidate Republican Mike Rogers, but we think Democrats will win in N. Carolina, Kentucky, New Hampshire, Iowa, Maine, and Ohio.  Texas, and Alaska are also looking fair to good for Democrats. Bottom line is we think the Democrats have a better chance of taking the Senate than the polls or pundits suggest. If Democrats do win in Michigan, it is game over for the Republicans. We believe the Democrats will have a 25 seat plus majority in the House after the midterm elections.  This is important for many reasons, but from our point of view it will be most important going into the 2028 presidential election. The Democrats cannot afford a small majority in the House because that would give the Democrat Socialists a louder voice. One last point about the Michigan race. The longer President Trump continues to fight with Canada, the more it helps the Democrats in Michigan. Michigan depends on trade with Canada. Maine is also hurt by the new tariffs on Canada.

One subject that is not being discussed is states where Democrats are not on the congressional ballots because the Democrats believe the Independents running in those states will do better with Democrats off the ballots. Think of people like former Senators Tester and Manchin.  These Independents if elected will most likely, but not all, caucus with the Democrats.

While Iran remains a big issue, we believe the cost of surviving/living will be the difference. We think inflation will tick up in August and September largely because of gas (unleaded and diesel) prices going back up.   Also, in October people will realize how much healthcare is going up next year when the people start getting their 2027 healthcare options.  Car insurance and home insurance are already higher.

Hard to believe that Labor Day is almost here. That will help Democrats. The cost of airfare is up, and gas will be over $4.10 which is about where gas is now (national average.)

The AI data centers is another issue that will only get worse for Republicans. Data centers are being approved, and construction is continuing to move at a fast pace.  President Trump telling the public data centers are good does not help Republicans. We understand the importance of staying ahead of China on Artificial Intelligence. The question is why citizens should have to pay for what corporations are building? A lack of transparency is not benefiting anyone but the AI companies.

There will be ICE issues above and beyond those discussed now. The number of ICE issues will worsen when people start getting tased with ICE's new glove tasers. Voters already opposed to ICE's tactics will only be more enraged and there will be a lot of attention by the mainstream media. Again, will not help Republicans. Secretary of DHS Mullin must target violent criminals in the country illegally. Catching more violent criminals will help. Detaining and arresting a nun wearing a habit7 who is legally in our country does not help.

The ICE issue will become more of an Achilles' heel if we are attacked on our soil by Islamic extremists or sympathizers. If the attack is by Iran or one of its proxies the media and those that are not committed President Trump voters will argue that President Trump weakened our counterterrorism capabilities when he moved people to ICE from other agencies and departments. There are a dozen states who suffered water treatment compromises as a result of Iran’s cyber8 -attacks. Several of the United States top cyber warfare experts were fired9 when President Trump took office in 2025.

States are already grappling with Medicaid cuts. This is an issue Democrats will keep raising because Medicaid is a bigger issue than people realize. We know a lot of people on Medicaid.  Also, in different states around the country rural hospitals are cutting staff or closing.  This hurts Republicans.

The aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln will be returning to the United States in thirty days. The administration will have to deal with the fallout that will come with the competing narratives surrounding the conditions the crew endured during the deployment.  The families of the 5,000-person crew allege a number of very disturbing conditions starting with a lack of food and other necessities. Although there have been longer deployments by other carriers, there has not been a longer deployment without a port call.

President Trump removing tariffs on imported beef will not help Republicans for a couple of reasons. 1) Early midterm voting starts in less than 22 days10 less than 46 days in some states. The lower costing beef will take a month or two to hit the store shelves. 2) Many, if not most family ranchers and family farmers in the United States are already suffering and they do not want President Trump making it easier to import foreign agriculture or beef.

One should question the logic of tariffs. We are not suggesting there is never a justification for tariffs.  The premise for lowering the tariffs on countries who will be exporting beef to the United States is to lower the cost of beef to consumers in the United States. How is this not an admission that tariffs are a tax consumers will at least in part pay on goods brought into the United States by countries we have applied tariffs on?

We also believe there will be more people leaving the Trump administration before the midterm elections. The rats will jump ship the more the Democratic tsunami becomes apparent.

In our discussions with many people who live predominately in red states, we are hearing from the people in these states that they expect Democrats to pick up seats in their respective legislatures. There are a couple of states that will elect Democratic governors that currently have Republican governors. Currently, there are two more Republicans than Democratic governors. We expect that there will be more Democratic governors than Republican governors after the midterm elections.

The first quarter this year small business bankruptcies11 are up 67%. Inflation is higher now12 than when President Trump took office. Small business jobs are down hundreds of thousands13 since President Trump took office. It is true under former President Biden there was a time when inflation was at 9%, but that was well before when President Trump took office in January 2025. Whether economic conditions are worse because of tariffs or the war with Iran, it does not matter to people buying gas, groceries, insurance, healthcare, or transportation. Polls can be wrong, but looking at many polls there is no question President Trump is drastically under water on affordability, the economy, inflation14, and trade.

The Constitutional Alliance supported President Trump's decision to go to war. The Obama agreement with Iran would have expired in 2033. Some important elements of the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) expired in 2023. Today, we can all see how much Iran built up their asymmetric capabilities with drones15and also cyber warfare16 capabilities. It does not take much of an imagination to realize how much more of a threat Iran would have been if we waited until 2033 to act. Our contention was and is if there was to be a war Congress, the public, and our allies should have been notified before the war started.

The idea that notifying Congress, the public, or our allies would have removed the element of surprise is absurd.  We moved strike force groups and other resources well ahead of the start of this war.  What Iran did not expect is the war would start during daylight hours. We also believe that if in fact we needed boots on the ground to achieve our objectives, we should have been prepared to use our troops sooner rather than later. Much of our conventional capability has already been exhausted and will take years to rebuild. As we wrote over a month ago and also within 100 hours of the beginning of the war, the blocking of the Strait of Hormuz, the use of drones, and Iran's cyber warfare capability all should have been anticipated. The question is now, are we all in, or are we going to allow Iran to control the Strait of Hormuz?

Conclusion

Something crazy, because after all it is not like the world's greatest superpower both economically and militarily, spiraling downwards out of control isn't crazy, and support the Constitutional Alliance. There is a donate button on top of every page.

Before something tragic happens, we want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers. We work every day to provide facts that can be independently corroborated. There is no left or right bias, but there is a right and wrong. Blame will get us nowhere. One of the many top national security publications17  that we subscribe to summed up the current state of affairs as they relate to the growing surveillance state. We need Congressional action and equally important, oversight to protect what so many have died for.

We need solutions to assure that people are who they say they are and verifying citizenship. The Constitutional Alliance has a solution for the critical problem. Our question is who is going to join us and who is going to have blood on their hands? Who is going to protect the future of our children and their Constitutional rights?

If our solution continues to be ignored and we are right about an attack on our country which will be facilitated because we are not making sure people are who they say they are, we will name the people we have offered to provide the solution.
