Urgent Need to Provide an Update to our Previous two Articles

To all, Sadly, we see a need to provide an update to our previous two emails/articles.

Issued Drivers Licenses are NOT in compliance with Federal Law

We have discussed the issue of verifying people are who they say they are and establishing a person's citizenship with state legislators across the country. We can inform you now, the agencies and departments in states that are responsible for the issuance of Real ID and non-Real ID compliant drivers' licenses are NOT complying with federal law. A high percentage of drivers' licenses are being issued without the verification required. This is not a President Trump or former President Biden problem; this is a United States problem. You or your family members could be the victims of the next terrorist attack on our soil. It is not a question of if, but rather when the attack will occur. Each state has their own laws governing how long a drivers' license is valid for. In one state, a Real ID non-compliant drivers' license is good for decades WITHOUT a renewal.

Our point is, even if breeder documents, which by definition are the foundational documents to establish a person is who they say they are and establishing citizenship, started being verified today, there are over one hundred million drivers' licenses in use today where the breeder documents were not verified.

We are reaching a crisis point in the war with Iran

A couple of weeks have gone by, and Iran shows no signs of seriously negotiating. Today, July 8th, the U.S. is responding to the Iranians hitting three ships that were attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. That response, over the past 24 hours, includes attacks on a number of Iranian positions. In approximately forty-five days, the sixty-day cease fire, Memorandum of Understanding will expire, absent an extension. The death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Mostafavi Musavi Khomeini was the reason for millions of Iranians gathering in Tehran this week to celebrate the life of the Ayatollah. Chants of 'death to America' were yelled over and over as were chants of 'death to Israel'. There were repeated calls for the assassination of President Trump.

our southern border was wide open for forty-two months

During the Biden administration our southern border was wide open for the first forty-two months. There are several estimates of how many known or suspected terrorists crossed our border. As we learned on 9/11, it does not take many terrorists to commit an act of terrorism that will spread chaos among our population. As we stated in our previous email, our national debt was about five trillion dollars in 2001. Today, our national debt is roughly forty trillion dollars.

The point being, an attack would have dire economic consequences on our economy, not to mention the lives lost and people injured.

You each know the Constitutional Alliance has been able to provide you with information not available anywhere else. No other organization has a solution to assure we know people are who they say they are and allows our government to ascertain the citizenship of people before providing a drivers' license to an applicant.

The Constitutional Alliance belongs to a Coalition of nearly forty advocacy groups.

That said, most of these groups are progressive. We can show in 2009 - 2010 we were the only organization asking for time on our weekly coalition conference calls to discuss the Real ID Act and the use of biometrics. Week after week, we were told that Real ID was dead or on life support. We oppose the Real ID Act 2005, however now the law can be used as a benefit for the short term. We will explain how next month. There are only a few emails left this year.

Intelligence analysis reveals Iran isn't the real threat…

what comes next is worse.

Watch the video here. Commentary begins after first minute of video.

We understand your time is a precious commodity. In that light we are providing a transcribed comment by a former intelligence asset about what she believes is a potential catastrophic attack on our constitutional rights. The comment starts at about 1 minute 13 seconds into the video and last about one minute. The Constitutional Alliance has on a few occasions had reason to communicate with former senior intelligence officers in our government. Given President Trump's assault on what he sees as the 'Deep State' within our intelligence community, it should be expected that when one or more people either previously or currently in our intelligence community speak about what President Trump may or may not do, the words of the intelligence assets are chosen carefully so as not to directly accuse President Trump of an unconstitutional act, but rather address hypothetical situations with options President Trump may take, versus simply saying precisely what they believe President Trump will do.

The following is the comment from the former intelligence community asset:

"I have a sort of a pessimistic thought here which is an alternative to what was - is happening in Iran right now, which is what would happen, could happen, and might happen in the United States. and to your point that where you said this administration doesn't know how to govern, separate from that whether it is true or not, I would say this administration thinks very futuristically about surveillance systems and systems of control. And you can see that with ICE and Homeland Security. And my concern would be that red teaming or round tabling all the possible blow back. Well, what if we have Hezbollah sleeper cells, you know set off a dirty bomb or do something. That is, in the eyes of some, a perfect opportunity to create more of a surveillance state in the United States, use biometrics surveillance platforms, ISR, against United States citizens because it's the only way to control people and to really know where the bad guys are. And that is a concern of mine." (our emphasis).

For those who may not know, ISR is an acronym for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance. The Constitutional Alliance is well known for writing about Information = Power and Power equates to Control.

Congress MUST pass legislation to address the continued collection, retention, and sharing of our PII (Personal Identifiable Information - including our biometrics).

PII  directly provided by each of us, unfortunately may NOT get correctly recorded

It is undeniable that there are agencies and departments within the federal government that are skirting the Privacy Act by collecting information from datamining companies and other third parties, thus skirting the Privacy Act which requires notification of what information is being collected directly from the individual. Also, how the information will be used. Citizens also have a right to challenge information that is incorrect. Appreciate that because you directly provide our government with PII, it does not mean that information is correctly inputted into a database.

This week we want to provide you with a list of websites our Board and Co-Founders review every day. The list below, as long as it is, does not give an accurate depiction of the number of websites we review daily. Some of the websites below have drop down menus and cover a wide range of subjects including but not limited to biometrics, cyber security, surveillance, FLOCK camera network, Artificial Intelligence and so on.

The point is we do an intensive search every day to provide you with the most relevant news about national security and balancing the growing surveillance state.
