Surveillance USA Style

People, regardless of where in the world they live, really have not considered all the surveillance technologies that are in use today. International standards are adopted to achieve interoperability, which allows for global information sharing. International telecommunication networks are already in place. For twenty years the Constitutional Alliance has warned people all over the world that a global system of identification and financial control is being created. Sadly we can say that nearly every person in the world is in the system. We have warned people that Information is Power and Power is Control. No single President, regardless of political party is more responsible than another for the current surveillance state in the United States. Former Presidents Bush, Obama, Biden, and current President Trump each played a role. We, the public in the United States and people around the world also have partial ownership for the current surveillance state. We will explain how we as individuals are also responsible in the conclusion. The sharing of information between corporations and governments no longer is impeded by laws.

In the United States there are administrative warrants that when served on an individual, specifies the individual cannot contact an attorney without first providing the name of the attorney to the government. Administrative warrants DO NOT require probable cause. These warrants were abused often during the Obama presidency.

THE LIST OF SURVEILLANCE TECHNOLOGIES  - NOT BY ANY MEANS ALL INCLUSIVE

A) Biometrics - including but not limited to Facial Recognition Technology, Fingerprinting, Iris Scans Ear Lobe, Electromagnetic Frequency Waves through the body, Gait, Voice Matching, DNA, and many more. B) Predictive Analytics C) Smart Meters that allow for Keystroke Recognition Technology (allows for knowing what a person is typing on a computer inside a home or apartment)D) Automatic License Plate Readers (ALPR) - a national network does exist. FLOCK is the largest company with this technology. E) Intelligent Street Lights/Lamps that have video and audio capability F) Geofencing utilizes technologies such as GPS, RFID, Wi-Fi, and cellular data to establish a virtual perimeter around a defined area. It can be a very large area or a small area. G) Smart cites - leverage technology and data to enhance urban living , improve sustainability, and optimize city services. H) Artificial Intelligence I) Stingray devices (mimic cell phone towers).J) Pegasus software - allows for knowing everything a person's does with their smart phone, and only requires knowing the phone number of the cell phone in question K) CLEARview AI, and other companies that have been collecting all digital facial images across social networking platform. L) Guardify - used by law enforcement and others to collect videos including on social networking platforms, smart phones, and other sources M) Gun shot detection - this technology also has audio capability besides gun shots, such as being able to hear people talking. The voice capability has been used as evidence in court. N) Ring Door Bells - not only capture who is approaching your front door but also now has incorporated other technologies mentioned above O) Drones with surveillance capability and/or weapons P) Infrared Technology  Q) RFID Technology. Comes in many forms including RFID dust. R) GPS Technology. 80% of all new cars in U.S. have GPS tracking technology. S) Red light cameras - These cameras have the capability to do much more than just capture an image of a car/license plate going through a red light. T) SOMARK- visible and invisible tattoos that use RFID technology U) UR Codes - Most people are familiar with QR codes. The difference being a UR code incorporates your biometrics V) Remote Phone technology - allows for your phone to be turned on remotely for tracking and other purposes. W) Body cameras X) Smart glasses - glasses which allow for the use of other technologies including Facial Recognition Technology Y) Digital and/or Mobile ID - Your smart phone is the best surveillance tool for good guys and bad actors. Z) Electronic tattoos - Accenture has bought the company that developed these tattoos. These tattoos will have the capability to allow for access control, banking, replace your smart phone for texting, and much more, including making phone calls.

Since we have run out of letters we feel enough information has been provided to leave no doubt that the above technologies create a surveillance state that few people are aware of. This is not a critique of law enforcement or intelligence agencies. There can be times when some of these technologies can be useful. The Constitutional Alliance does not oppose the use of all biometrics, all the time. There are times when law enforcement or our intelligence personnel need to be able to use some of the technologies listed above. We have, and will continue to defend our belief that warrants with a standard of probable cause must be required before people are subjected to the technologies named. Take note of the fact CCTV (Closed Circuit Television Cameras) were not listed. CCTV in and of itself, is not a problem until it is used in conjunction with other technologies that have been listed.

There are serious constitutional questions about the use the technologies listed above. Many of these technologies have been used to surveil innocent people. The technologies named can often be used in coordination with other technologies listed. We did not cover the cloning of phones by good actors and bad actors; we simply ran out of letters in the alphabet. Moving into the not too distant future, Quantum Computing will take surveillance into an entirely new realm; there will be no protecting your emails, or other methods of communicating with people. Many countries and many bad actors are racing to to be the first to develop true Quantum Computing for many reasons, including the ability to hack databases.

In the past databases were siloed. Today, that is not the case. Today, databases have already been merged or linked to one another. There are no secure databases. If there is a will, there is a way to compromise databases.

Our point is man is attempting to have god-like power. This will not end well for any people, anywhere. Hindsight being what it is, people going forward will ask how could the surveillance state of the future have been allowed to happen? It did happen, and will continue to happen because we all love convenience. In today's world our time is a precious commodity. Technology that makes our day to day tasks quicker, we embrace without giving it a second thought. We also believe acts of violence occur much more than they really do. The probability this year that you will be a victim of an act of violence is 2.3%. When we combine our lust for convenience and our fear of being a victim of an act of violence, it is no wonder the surveillance state has been allowed to grow unimpeded.

Whether a person is a Christian or not, do you want to be a person who is the reason we all lose control of our own lives, and live at the mercy of government and corporations? Many will not have a choice or any say in the matter, which is why we, the Constitutional Alliance is warning people to say 'No' when Digital and/or Mobile ID becomes mandatory ID, not just in the United States, but all around the world. That day is not here yet, but it is quickly approaching. We cannot say with certainty whether it will be electronic tattoos, RFID chips, or a new technology that will be the mechanism for control of all people, but we can say with certainty that day is coming, and our biometrics will be the foundation for total control of man. Because the members of the Constitutional Alliance do believe in God, we do not want to be responsible for the people/souls who are lost because they accept the future as we know it will be. We will continue to fight the good fight even knowing what is coming, because that is what Our Lord wants and expects from us. For people who are of a different faith or no faith, we will continue to warn you. We are currently working with state legislators and two members of congress to provide transparency to the public, not just in the United States but around the world. Regarding a surveillance issue, we have also worked with former Supreme Court law clerks of current Associate Justices of the United States Supreme Court.
