Ankeny, Iowa, March 7, 2020 - The Constitutional Alliance announces company restructuring and leadership change; renews focused commitment to the Mission Statement. The original Constitutional Alliance team has chosen to migrate from our nonprofit 501(c)(3) status to a for-profit status. This structural change involves the formation of a new company with a new Chairman and CEO to lead us into the future. It should be stated that all of the original co-founders of the previous company are aligned with this decision and plan to continue to participate as we grow.
During the past six months plus, we had purposely and with intent taken down our donation link and pages. We wanted to ensure that there was a clear and distinct breaking point as we migrate away from nonprofit to a for-profit structure. As one might imagine this caused a stoppage of donations and depletion of funds. We certainly appreciate your support but are not asking for donations at this time. We are asking that you sign up for email updates from us.

RE: Company restructuring and leadership change; renews focused commitment to the Mission Statement.
CONSTITUTIONAL ALLIANCE, INC to become
CONSTITUTIONAL ALLIANCE, LLC with
STEVE MEYER as Chief Executive Officer
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Ankeny, Iowa, March 7, 2020 - Steve Meyer, co-founder and Director of Communications for CONSTITUTIONAL ALLIANCE, INC, announced this week during a phone call with attending Board Members that the company will officially be reorganizing as CONSTITUTIONAL ALLIANCE, LLC in March of 2020. Further that Meyer, co-founder, would accept the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the new entity.
In this new capacity, Meyer will bring to life the Constitutional Alliance, LLC of Iowa. The Iowa company will take over control of the ConstitutionalAlliance.org and related web properties including past and present copyrights and intellectual properties. "This is an exciting time for us" said Meyer "each of us has felt the focused commitment to our Mission Statement.".
Mark Lerner, co-founder and Spokesperson for CONSTITUTIONAL ALLIANCE, INC, is also a co-founder of the new company structure and will transition from a Spokesperson role for the Constitutional Alliance to an Executive Consultant role. Lerner is heavily involved as an expert biometric witness nationally and internationally with a number of high profile cases which are consuming his time.
Meyer explained that the reorganization, and new name, would reflect the evolving focus and standards of the company as we migrate away from being a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to a for-profit structure. “Although the Arkansas nonprofit structure provided tax benefits for donors, it limited us to education”, said Meyer, “as a for-profit business we will have more freedom to better serve our community and country.”
Representatives are firm in stating that the mission statement will stay the same. Supporters and employees alike are optimistic about the alterations.
“On the surface this is a business structure change that will likely go unnoticed by most”, said Meyer. As Mark transitions to a consultant role Meyer plans to fill the void. “As a decade long confidant to Mark, the biometrics insider and whistleblower, I hope to, and should, be up to the task”, said Meyer, “although filling such big shoes will be a challenge, it is a challenge I look forward to.”
About the Constitutional Alliance
Lerner and Meyer met as co-guests on a nationally broadcast live talk radio show. Meyer, a data mining industry insider, and nationally recognized for his knowledge in security, privacy issues, data mining, PII compilation and the PII trading marketplace. Lerner, a biometrics industry insider and whistle blower. What was suppose to be a 30 minute conversation turned into a 3 hour segment that bled over into the subsequent talk show. A decades long friendship ensued as well as stellar accomplishments.
They co-founded the Constitutional Alliance with 20 other individuals and organizations, incorporated in 2008, and may be the first team ever to get the ACLU and ACLJ to agree on anything. These far left and far right groups publicly agreed with the Constitutional Alliance that the Real ID Act of 2005 is not good for any individual.
The Constitutional Alliance educates elected officials, attorneys, organizations, and individuals with regards to the mission statement and the mandated global biometric enrollment which negatively impacts one's ability to buy, sell, travel, and work.
About Steve Meyer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Meyer founded and operated a number of businesses, participated on the Board of Directors of those and others, been active with Civic organizations, and provides insights into the PII (Personal Identifiable Information) trading marketplace.
He began his information technology career with a Dun & Bradstreet subsidiary; renown as the nation's largest PII list compilation company. Meyer championed the use of artificial intelligence and operating system designs in company mainframe batch selection systems. "The results were like putting a batch selection system on steroids" said Meyer "there was a real cost savings here." Meyer added "One of the coolest achievements was my discovery of how to create self aware application software which could self generate compiled programs of infinite size, live on the fly, blowing away all physical limitations of hardware. That one made the trade rags, but hilariously for the results achieved, not the how!"
Meyer founded an IT consulting firm, led mission critical projects, and then taught computer networking at one college before going on to be the Chair of the School of Information Technology for another college.
Since then Meyer has worked on humanitarian, privacy, security, and freedom issues with some of the brightest renown attorneys, authors, professors, public figures, and clergy.
