Why do so many yield control over their lives so readily to governments and corporations? Do we yield control to corporations who have deep concern for success in each of our personal lives? Does our state government, or even our federal government, really have a vested interest in our personal success? Will we each be fulfilled when we live the reality that is to come?

Yield control to buy, sell, travel, bank, and work

What your name is or who you are will not matter in the system being implemented all over the world. Your ability to buy, sell, travel, bank, and work will all need to be granted by governments and corporations. We are each going to be identified by a series of numbers unique to each of us. Biometrics is simply defined as unique measurements of our body. Bio refers to your body and metrics are numbers. This paper will leave no doubt there will be a global system of identification and financial control.

Nearly twenty years ago the Constitutional Alliance warned people where we were at the time, and where we were going if we continued to provide government and corporations with all the information both government and corporations demanded. The most valuable prize for government and corporations are our biometrics. We said at the time and continued to say that information is power, and power is control.

It did not then, and it does not now, matter what country a person lives in or is a citizen of. Biometrics have become ubiquitous. The standards for the collection, retention, and sharing of biometrics are determined by the ISO/IEC (International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission.) ¹

Yield control to a global biometric system

There are three components necessary for a global system of identification and financial control. There must be an enrollment process, a set of international standards allowing for interoperability/sharing, and an international telecommunication network; all which exist today in every country around the world.

To fully comprehend what has been and is happening it is necessary to think of identity in a different way than most have in the past. Typically, we think of a person’s name when speaking about identity. We do not address one another by a series of numbers. Governments and corporations do not care what our names are, as much as they care what series of numbers are unique to each of us.

It was clear, around 2008, that the United States and other countries realized the benefits of a global system of identification. In the United States the FBI announced it was creating a $1 billion NGI (Next Generation Identification) database. This database included different biometrics including facial recognition, voice recognition, iris scans, fingerprints, and more. ² The NGI is much more than a criminal database.

India leads yield control in a biometric database

We refer to India as the petri dish for all other governments to learn from about enrolling people in a biometric database, which biometrics would ideally be in the database, and what purposes the database could serve. It was about 2009 that India rolled out Aadhaar.

India’s population is nearing 1.5 billion people. Estimates are up to 99% of the population has been assigned a twelve-digit Aadhaar number. The twelve-digit number assigned to each person is linked to the person’s iris scan, facial image capture, and fingerprints. India’s system is for welfare benefits, utilities connections, paying taxes, opening bank accounts, phone connections and more.³ Donkeys were used to carry laptops, tables, and other necessary equipment to remote areas allowing for all people to enroll in Aadhaar.⁴

U.N. Agenda 2030 has a Legal Identity goal

U.N. Agenda 2030 has a goal for all people to have what is referred to as a Legal Identity. The Sustainable Development Goal is listed as 16:9. We cannot say if the goal will be met but we can say the countries of the world are well on their way to meeting the goal. As part of a Legal Identity, the individual’s biometrics are collected and retained. ⁵

The Real ID Act of 2005 created the need for biometric capture and use

In 2005 Congress passed and President Bush signed into law the Real ID Act 2005. Few people realized this was a law that required the facial photo image became a digital image that met the requirements of the ISO/IEC for biometric capture/use. The requirement is found in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published in 2007 on page 68, footnote 17. Prior to the 2005 law analog facial images were permissible on drivers’ licenses. ⁶

Smart phones have become the surveillance tool of choice

Governments around the world are now transitioning from paper or plastic ID cards to Mobile/Digital ID. Biometrics are a component of Mobile/Digital ID. People will no longer need to carry a paper or plastic identification card such as a drivers’ license. Mobile ID is a matter of convenience for people, or so we are told. Those entities which will require photo ID’s such as law enforcement during a traffic stop are accepting Mobile ID in many states here in the United States. The same is true in many countries around the world. The ISO/IEC has already published minimum standards for Mobile ID. ⁷ The practice of using Mobile ID for passports is already a reality. ⁸

We do not think of smart phones as a surveillance tool for governments and corporations, but they are. With Mobile ID your biometrics are part of your smart phone.⁹ Geolocation information is transmitted by your smart phone. The malware program is named Pegasus. All that is needed to compromise anyone’s phone is their phone number. ¹⁰

Biometrics is what allows governments and corporations to know where you are, who you are with, what you are doing, where you are going and much more. Because analog appliances are quickly becoming outdated, smart devices such as washing machines, coffee makers, televisions, and more allow for knowing what you are doing inside your home or hotel room. This is no longer something that can happen in the future. This is happening today. ¹¹

God-Like capabilities have been granted

What this all means to you is government and corporations are acquiring god-like capabilities. Whether you are a person of faith or not, and regardless of what faith you practice, many Christians and Jewish people understand based on their faith that God is Omnipresent, Omnipotent, and Omniscient; always present where we are at, all powerful, and all knowing.

Revelations

Christians have already been told of such a system of identification and financial control in Revelation – Chapter 13:14-18. ¹² We recognize there are different thoughts among Christians about when or even if a Rapture will occur. That said, regardless of when or if a Rapture occurs, there is no question Christians have a responsibility to warn others what accepting the Mark of the Beast means to the person’s salvation.

There is no other technology that can duplicate what biometrics can do. Christians should be demanding an exemption for global biometric enrollment. Christians are told in scripture about God providing Free Will. God does not make people worship Him. Governments and corporations are not giving people a choice, which is again why an exemption must be sought and given to being enrolled into a global system of identification and financial control.

One last point about Christians and the Mark of the Beast. Often people speak about accepting a RFID chip or tattoo. If the tattoo or chip did not have a biometric component there would be nothing that would prevent an individual from removing their chip or tattoo and replacing it with another person’s tattoo or chip. To be clear, nobody has accepted the Mark of the Beast yet.

There are Jewish people who object to being photographed because the photo is seen as a violation of the 2^nd Commandment.

On and Off with the flip of a switch

With the flip of a switch or an entry into a database your very ability to survive will be controlled by governments and corporations. You may want to think twice about providing all your information including your biometrics to governments and corporations. Never forget information is power and power is control. Petition your elected leaders to get rid of the Third Party Doctrine which allows for a massive amount of personal information to be shared. ¹³

Millions of people around the world have given the ultimate sacrifice by being killed while protecting the freedom and liberties in the countries they live in. When governments and corporations have the control that is outlined in this document, those deaths will have been in vain.
