20 Year Journey brings us to this Infuriating Article

Over the last roughly 20 years we have gone to battle with the biometrics industry. Today's link/article from within the biometric sector is one of the most insulting, infuriating articles we have read. While it is true that most people will never have the inside look I had of the biometric sector, the public is not stupid despite industry claims that you know just enough to be dangerous, but not enough to know why biometrics is a benefit to you.

Over a year ago the Constitutional Alliance warned our members and others that governments wanted the capability to capture fingerprints in real time from a distance. Even more disturbing is governments wanted the ability to capture you fingerprints from social network photos. When you click on the link below you will see we are not exaggerating.

Without going into a lengthy description of how biometric companies continue to get their teeth into elected, appointed and totalitarian leaders all over the word it is worth giving a short few sentences on the issue. The biometric companies look for supposed needs (immigration, voting, domestic surveillance, universal biometric enrollment, terrorism and so forth), and then pitch to those in power the concepts the industry has to deal with the needs. Some needs are real, but that is not to say biometrics is the answer. The governments pay for the R&D directly or indirectly.

The biometric companies overstate the capabilities of the technology to induce the powers to be. Literally tests have been "rigged" or what insiders call "bogus testing" to make results look much better than what are actually achievable.

You may think we are making unfounded accusations. The fact is we took irrefutable evidence of wrongdoing in the biometrics industry to people in positions of power. We asked one of these people "What would the public think if they saw the evidence we provided you today?" The answer was "Outraged."

It is only recently that many advocacy groups have come to the conclusion that the use of facial recognition is out of control. Up until 2013, there were advocacy groups that supported the use of facial recognition in exchange for Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

Today, advocacy groups speak out against facial recognition because it is being used on peaceful protesters who support Black Lives Matters. Black lives do matter. That being said, the use of domestic surveillance goes further than Black Lives Matter. Where were these advocacy groups when supporters of the 2nd Amendment protest or pro-life supporters protest? That being said, it is true that facial recognition is less accurate with people of color and women.

The Constitutional Alliance does not exist to support one group of people over another. We do not ask what race you are, what is your ethnicity, what religion if any you practice, what your sexual orientation is, what political party you support, or where in the country you live. Domestic surveillance being done whenever there is a lawful protest is wrong – period.

Some people might believe we do not support our law enforcement people or our military. Nothing could be further from the truth. We also support our Constitution and that is the bigger point. We have never said that there is no need for biometrics. What we have said is global mandatory biometric must be opposed. In many cases biometric should be an opt in choice; not mandated.

We do ask that you share this article with everyone you are in contact with and ask those people to do the same. Share this article. There is no other organization in our country that focuses on the biometric sector the way the Constitutional Alliance does. This is why our 23 founding members, groups and organizations that each have their own mission statements, supported the Constitutional Alliance. Biometrics is a threat to the freedom of all people in the world; this includes religious freedom. More and more all governments are using biometrics for domestic surveillance.

Once we make our major announcement we will be moving off of Facebook. There has been a delay because of COVID19.

The best question we were asked recently is "Do surgical type masks protect against facial recognition?" The answer is "Somewhat, for now." Artificial Intelligence used with facial recognition is getting better at getting around the use of masks. Masks do not hide your eyes or ears. Also, earlobe biometrics is a real thing. Masks do not cover your earlobes. If you doubt this, use your search engine of choice and put in "earlobes biometrics."

You are being enrolled in to a global system of identification and financial control that will decide whether you will be able to buy, sell, travel, and work. We can and will keep you updated on what the industry and Congress is doing, but you have to take the effort to sign up for our email updates on our web-site.
