Government believes it is allowed to know everything about you but you have no right to know what government is doing!
Three issues are addressed within this communication.
- A posting in the Federal Register regarding a “closed meeting” being held by the Department of Homeland Security in 12 days. One of the issues being covered is domestic violent extremism.
- Kaye Beach’s lawsuit to protect against the illegal/unconstitutional collection, retaining and sharing of her personal information. In addition, the lawsuit focuses on Mrs. Beach’s religious freedom.
- State Representative Charles Key of Oklahoma has invited a Constitutional scholar to teach a class on the Constitution at the state capitol in Oklahoma. Could this be the start of something that takes place at every state capitol?
I recognize not everyone follows the postings in the Federal Register. The following link provides the Federal Register posting for two days ago, December 28.
http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2011-12-28/html/2011-33196.htm
One of the issues being discussed at a closed meeting on January 9, 2012 will be "domestic violent extremism". As citizens we must understand our government considers our country a "battlefield" in the "War on Terrorism". Our government has already named groups it considers potential domestic terrorism threats. If you are a supporter of our Constitution, an Evangelical Christian, anti-war activist, environmentalist, support a third party candidate or fall into any one of the dozens of other categories named, you can be considered a potential domestic terrorist.
For those not familiar with the groups named I provide the following government report link http://constitutionalalliance.org/work/filemgmt_data/files/Constitutional%20Alliance%20-%20DHS%20-%20Domestic%20Extremism%20Lexicon%20-%202009%200326.pdf
Nearly every citizen falls into one of the groups named regardless of what political party one may belong to or support.
Congress has declared the United States to be part of the battlefield in the War on Terrorism.
U.S. citizens, if Congress has its way, can be considered domestic terrorists and treated accordingly. Congress also believes members of the U.S. military should have authority over U.S. citizens on U.S. soil. The Executive Branch including the President, Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security and our military would be making the determination, not the courts, of whether or not a person is a domestic terrorist threat.
We, as a country, are destroying every principle our country was founded on including the bedrock of our judicial system, the "presumption of innocence".
I do not support closed door meetings that affect our Constitutional rights. When our country is at a point of crisis, as we are, that is when we must ensure there is the utmost transparency, We have many serious challenges before us as a country; our national debt, our deficits, our failing educational system, unfunded mandates and entitlements, collapsing infrastructure, Islamic extremism, high employment, illegal immigration, rising healthcare costs and many others. How can citizens make informed decisions about matters that not only will impact us, but also our children and grandchildren if there is no transparency?
The Constitutional Alliance continues to inform all citizens, regardless of their race, ethnic background, religious preference or political ideology about how our rights are being eroded and what can be done about it. We focus on the issue of the mandated collection and use of our biometrics (fingerprints, facial recognition, iris scans, DNA, etc.) and other personal information, our personal information, being collected and shared by OUR government and corporations. We not only believe but are also able to prove beyond any doubt that U.S. citizens are being enrolled into a global system of identification that directly links our body, to our ability to buy, sell, or travel. If Congress gets its way, you can add ‘work’ to that list.
Kaye Beach’s lawsuit
Kaye Beach's lawsuit is currently underway. If you are not familiar with the lawsuit, Kaye Beach's story and the actual petition filed is on our web-site www.constitutionalalliance.org The bottom line is Kaye filed a lawsuit to protect her rights. In doing so she will be also be protecting the rights of each of us.
Our religious freedom and our right not to be subjected to illegal/unconstitutional searches and seizures best define what Kaye Beach's lawsuit is all about.
We recognize the need for new leadership in Washington and thus the importance of the election in 2012. We must act now to stop this onslaught on our Constitutional rights. We must demand transparency. Supporting Kaye Beach and her attorneys NOW, as they fight this legal battle is something we each can and must do. Kaye Beach's battle for her/our freedom will be decided long before those that prevail in the 2012 election take office in January 2013.

You have to know your rights to defend them
State Representative Charles Key of Oklahoma has invited Constitutional scholar Michael Badnarik to hold a class on the Constitution at the Oklahoma state capitol on January 14, 2012.
Representative Key has long been known for his strong support of states' rights. Representative Key has also stated publicly that he supports Kaye Beach in her lawsuit. Representative Key and Michael Badnarik want Oklahoma to be the first state where Michael Badnarik's class on the Constitution will be taught at the state capitol. The cost for the class goes towards covering Mr. Badnarik's expenses.
This eight-hour class will be a life-changing experience, even if you consider yourself knowledgeable about our founding documents. Class begins at 9:00am and continues until 6:00pm with a one-hour break for lunch and occasional breaks throughout the day. Each student receives an autographed copy of Good to be King, which is used as the text for the class. The class is valued at $250 or more, however students may attend for only $150, or 4 ounces of .999 fine silver. This is an incredible bargain for a $20 hardcover book, 8 hours of instruction. There will be time for those that attend the class to interact with Mr. Badnarik. There are people attending this class from outside Oklahoma. These people want to experience the class so they can return to their respective states and inform private citizens, groups and lawmakers about the importance of having Mr. Badnarik teach a class at their respective state capitol.
To attend the class, contact Kaye Beach by email at ladyaxiom@yahoo.com or call Kaye Beach at (405) 818-3224.
Thank you for your time and consideration,
