The Constitutional Alliance is a privately funded nonpartisan non-profit organization whose stated mission is "preserve state and national sovereignty, and the unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as pronounced in the Declaration of Independence and protected under the Bill of Rights of the United States of America".  It works through education by educating legislators, pastors, attorneys, governors, and the public.  Officially formed in June 2008, the primary founding team had been focused on the "mandated biometric movement" since 2001.  Founded in June 2008 by Mark Lerner, Steve Meyer, Eugene Gorton, Kaye Beach, and 21 groups and individuals who together drafted the Mission Statement of the Constitutional Alliance.

The official formation arose from the desire of legislators, ministries, groups and others who worked with the primary founding team and saw a reason to become allies in the common mission.

Organization

Leadership

The Constitutional Alliance is led by a president, Eugene Gorton, since its founding June 2008.  The president acts as chairman of the Constitutional Alliance's board of directors.

The Constitutional Alliance Board of Directors includes Steve Meyer whose role is Director of Communications.

Public Presence

The Constitutional Alliance utilizes the role of Spokesperson for interfacing with the public.  Mark Lerner, spokesperson, has continued to build effective work teams and concensus for the mission of the Constitutional Alliance.

Funding

The Constitutional Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation engaging in education, which does not engage in lobbying, and donations to it are tax deductable under the provisions of the taxing bodies of the United States of America.

The Constitutional Alliance solicits donations from individuals to advance and support its initiatives.  The Constitutional Alliance has never accepted monies from lobbyists, federal grants, or corporations.

Beliefs

The Constitutional Alliance believes U.N. Agenda 21 "Sustainable Development" is a severe threat to the principles and philosophy of a free people and of the Constiutional Alliance mission statement.
