2025 Global Governance.

"Office of the Director of National Intelligence"

"Global Governance 2025: At a Critical Juncture | Global governance--the collective management of common problems at the international level--is at a critical juncture. Although global governance institutions have racked up many successes since their development after the Second World War, the growing number of issues on the international agenda, and their complexity, is outpacing the ability of international organizations and national governments to cope.

With the emergence of rapid globalization, the risks to the international system have grown to the extent that formerly localized threats are no longer locally containable but are now potentially dangerous to global security and stability."

AAMVA DLA Implementation Funding.

"We have recently been informed by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that DLA implementation costs would be eligible for grant consideration under the terms of their various grant programs. The grant programs that may be used for DLA implementation costs are:

Section 402: State and Community Highway Safety Grants
Section 406: Safety Belt Performance Grants
Section 408: State Traffic Safety System Improvement Grants
"

Funding of the DHS Real ID Act of 2005 is suggestively mentioned as taking away from Section 402, 406, and 408 so that the States might each find grants (taxpayer) monies.

Chinas All Seeing Eye for Spying on the People.

"NAOMI KLEIN | ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE | May 29, 2008 | Thirty years ago, the city of Shenzhen didn't exist. Back in those days, it was a string of small fishing villages and collectively run rice paddies, a place of rutted dirt roads and traditional temples. That was before the Communist Party chose it -- thanks to its location close to Hong Kong's port -- to be China's first "special economic zone," one of only four areas where capitalism would be permitted on a trial basis."

"Chinese security executives predict they will install as many as 2 million CCTVs in Shenzhen, which would make it the most watched city in the world. (Security-crazy London boasts only half a million surveillance cameras.)"

"The security cameras are just one part of a much broader high-tech surveillance and censorship program known in China as "Golden Shield."

DHS (department of homeland security) Domestic Extremism Lexicon.

"Homeland Security Reference Aids--prepared by the DHS/Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A)--provide baseline information on a variety of homeland security issues. This product is one in a series of reference aids designed to provide operational and intelligence advice and assistance to other elements of DHS, as well as state, local, and regional fusions centers. DHS/I&A intends this background information to assist federal, state, local, and tribal homeland security and law enforcement officials in conducting analytic activities. This product provides definitions for key terms and phrases that often appear in DHS analysis that addresses the nature and scope of the threat that domestic, non-Islamic extremism poses to the United States. Definitions were derived from a variety of open source materials and unclassified information, then further developed during facilitated workshops with DHS intelligence analysts knowledgeable about domestic, non-Islamic extremism in the United States."

DHS (department of homeland security) Project Hostile Intent targets all people.

"Lewis Page | Posted in Hardware, 9th August 2007 13:28 GMT | The great problem besetting the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is, of course, how on Earth to spend its mountains of federal pork on vaguely security related stuff. ... Project Hostile Intent is supposedly all about detecting hostility rather than causing it although, like many DHS measures, it has the potential for causing a good deal of ire among airline passengers."

Federal Bureau of Investigation uses Radio Frequency Identification to Track People.

"Warrenton, VA (PR WEB) March 11, 2008 -- Nox Defense has released an invisible perimeter defense technology, which combines high-resolution video pictures and radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, sometimes referred to as "spy chips", to track assets and people in real time. The system allows security officers to see a theft or intrusion as it happens, and track a stolen object even if concealed inside a briefcase, under a jacket, or stuffed inside a sock. The FBI is among early adopters of the Nox Intelligent Perimeter Defense system, though has not released details how it will use the system."

Fusion Center MIAC Strategic Report.

"MIAC | Missouri Information Analysis Center | Unclassified Law Enforcement Sensitive | FEB 20, 2009

Endorsed by Governor Jeremiah Nixon, DPS Director John Britt, MSHP Colonel James Keathley, and MIAC Director Van Godsey

This Fusion Center report, beyond its slanted rhetoric and preponderance that all citizens are suspects, defines nearly all walks of life as dangerous authority hating pundits.  The report summarizes training provided within the State of Missouri to Law Enforcement which placed fear into the minds of officers that everyone was a threat.  This short sited poorly composed result of taxpayer monies should serve as a warning of the closed door dealings within Law Enforcement.

This report solely became available due to it being UNCLASSIFIED."

Kaye Beach Real ID Act of 2005 Religious Exemption Lawsuit.

Kaye Beach attempted to apply for a renewal driver's license, requested an accomodation from biometric collection, and was declined by the issuing agency.  She then followed reasonable and prudent procedures to seek same from the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety.  Ms. Beach received a criminal citation for a violation described as "EXPIRED DRIVER'S LICENSE".  She again attempted to obtain a renewal driver's license and was again denied on account of her religiosly motivated inability to allow biometric collection.  Then, upon appearance at the Norman Municipal Courthouse for arraignment, the criminal charges were dismissed.

Ms. Beach's religiously motivated practice is abstaining from allowing her biometric information to be captured, placed into and shared with other entities and jurisdictions in an international system of identification she believes manifests certain Biblical prophecies and prohibitions.  Specifically, Revelations 13:16-18 and 14:9-11, explicitly commands believers to not participate in a global numbering identification system using the number of man, and eternally condemns participation in that system.

Open Borders in Dangerous Times.
